Free Cancellation
Cancel your tour at least 14 days (two weeks) in advance and receive a full refund of the base booking price—absolutely free. Additional fees like ticket fees may not be refundable depending on ticket policy, please contact us if you have any questions.
Rescheduling Made Easy
If you need to change your plans, you can reschedule your tour free of charge when you request a new date at least 7 days before your scheduled tour. Rescheduling policy may vary for packages that include tickets from 3rd parties, please always inquire and we will do our best to ensure the smoothest experience!
Last-Minute Changes
While we always strive to accommodate your needs, cancellations made less than 14 days in advance may have limited options. In particular, cancellations made within 72 hours of your tour are non-refundable. If you’re facing a last-minute change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with you to find the best solution.
